RMI at Circularity Conference

RMI’s Sudeshna Mohanty is speaking at Circularity, the Trellis conference dedicated to advancing solutions for the circular economy, in Denver this May. Her panel session, titled “Battery Circularity: Reimagining Energy Storage Lifecycles” explores the cutting-edge approaches to battery life-cycle management and second-life applications.
Sudeshna’s work at RMI includes the the Battery Circular Economy Initiative Dashboards, an interactive set of data-driven insights into battery supply chains and opportunities for addressing battery mineral challenges. She is a core team member of RMI’s Battery Circular Economy Initiative (BCEI), which focuses on scaling closed-loop battery supply chains, supporting responsible sourcing practices to de-risk EV supply chains, and developing global standards for circularity with multi-stakeholder input.
