In 2007, Amory Lovins had the honor to accept the Asahi Glass Foundation’s Blue Planet Prize—Japan’s top award in environmental science—from the Crown Prince of Japan. His short acceptance speech summarized Japan’s opportunity for global leadership in energy efficiency and renewable energy.
