Nicky Halterman is a manager on RMI’s Climate Finance team, where he leads work on transition finance and client assessment in high-emitting industries and emerging markets. Nicky previously served at RMI as the technical lead for the development of the Pegasus Guidelines, a voluntary portfolio measurement and alignment standard for financial institutions.

Background:

Prior to joining RMI, Nicky worked as a research fellow at the Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research where his research focused on US economic history. He graduated from the University of Oxford and has a wide range of policy experience, including prior projects on government procurement, financial regulation, and migration.
