Nayra is a senior associate with RMI’s Center for Climate-Aligned Finance. She leads the development of PACTA for Investors and the Climate Alignment Test program, collaborating with governments and financial institutions to implement these tools and support their transition to a net-zero economy. Nayra also contributes to research on the energy transition.

Background

Before joining RMI, Nayra worked as manager and product owner for the PACTA for Investors tool at the 2° Investing Initiative, leading the global implementation of climate alignment tools and securing critical funding for key projects. She also held key roles at AMV Colombia and the Colombian Stock Exchange, where she spearheaded regulatory advancements, supported the development of innovative financial products, and optimized trading systems.

With expertise in finance, market analysis, strategy, and project management, Nayra has collaborated extensively with international public and private stakeholders to drive impactful financial and climate-focused initiatives. She brings over a decade of experience in finance and sustainability to her role.
