Jonny is a manager in RMI’s Carbon-Free Buildings Program, where he leads our Building Regulations team across the country.
Background
Jonny began his career as an environmental engineer for the City and County of San Francisco (CCSF), testing wastewater effluent to ensure NPDES permit compliance at San Francisco International Airport (SFO). While working at SFO, he helped launch its energy efficiency program with a focus on net-zero energy buildings. He also co-chaired the Zero Energy and Resilient Outcomes committee, which reviewed and selected energy efficiency measures worth $100 million for SFO’s $7.3-billion Ascent Program. He also led the certification of the CCSF’s first net-zero energy building.
