Jasmine is a senior associate with the America Is All In (AIAI) team within the US Program. AIAI is an expansive, diverse network of US-based organizations, ranging from local governments to faith-based groups focused on mobilizing climate solutions in multiple sectors such as transportation, building, and industry.
Before joining RMI, Jasmine earned her master’s degree in Public Administration in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia University. Her graduate program focused on environmental studies and its intersection with international affairs and social equity. During her graduate program, Jasmine was a research assistant at the Center on Global Energy Policy and worked on international climate finance initiatives in the private sector, specifically for emerging markets and developing economies. She was also a co-organizer for Columbia University’s inaugural Food Systems Symposium on how to create low-carbon, climate-resilient, and more efficient and just food systems.
Prior to graduate school, she worked at WegoWise by AppFolio, an energy software startup in Boston advising real estate clients on their building performance and sustainability reporting. She founded a corporate sustainability team within the company and led employee webinars on sustainable living, including waste reduction and benefits of a plant-based diet.
