Ella leads business development for Third Derivative. She works with corporates, investors, and philanthropic organizations to develop new partnerships across D3’s climate tech ecosystem that support the transition to a low-carbon future.
Background
Ella’s background is at the intersection of climate, finance, sustainability, and business. Prior to joining RMI, she worked for a venture fund and innovation firm focused on clean energy and mobility solutions, where she led startup sourcing, due diligence, and research engagements with the firm’s corporate partners. Before that, she worked across aspects of business operations at an early-stage startup. Ella started her career at BlackRock, working on product development.
