Carina is a senior associate with the Carbon-Free Electricity team. She works with regulators and advocates to secure utility business model reforms that support equity and affordability in the clean energy transition.
Background
Prior to joining RMI, Carina worked under former Congressman Henry Waxman at Waxman Strategies, providing policy research and communications support to clean technology companies in the renewable energy and electrification space. Before that, she managed digital communications for Congresswoman Kendra Horn’s re-election campaign in Oklahoma.
