The Nest Campus at Climate Week in New York City brings together decision-makers across sectors to define and accelerate the resilience economy. Held from September 22–24, this gathering attracts over 10,000 attendees representing over 80 countries to bring c-suite leaders, startups, policymakers, investors and more from around the world together in dialogue to define what is next for improving our energy systems.

RMI CEO Jon Creyts will be speaking on the main stage for a session titled, “How the built environment becomes the engine of the energy transition” on Wednesday, September 23rd. The built environment provides the perfect example of how modern energy systems can be designed efficiently with resilience and affordability top of mind. From behind-the-meter power generation like on-site solar to digital demand response technology like virtual power plants, there are a multitude of innovations ready to deploy that will improve access to available and affordable energy for all consumers, even during extreme weather events.
