Planning Meets Practice: Resources to Guide Building Decarbonization

This event, hosted by the Building Energy Exchange, ASHRAE, USGBC and the Retrofit Playbook for Large Buildings team, will bring together experts across the building development industry to discuss the recently released Guide to Strategic Decarbonization Planning and how developers can utilize this resource and more in their building’s long-term roadmap.
Every building shares the same opportunities of increased energy efficiency, resilience and future proofing that strategic decarbonization plans (SDP) can provide. Modernizing is unavoidable for buildings and planning for the long-term development of not just the buildings lifecycle, but also the energy landscape, will ensure that large building developers and administrators are set up for success when the time comes seize the opportunity to make improvements.
