Eva Rosenbloom

Eva Rosenbloom is a Manager with RMI’s U.S. Program, where she works at the intersection of building decarbonization, market transformation, and regional economic development. Her work focuses on identifying the market, policy, financing, and implementation conditions needed to turn energy and building solutions into scalable economic opportunities for regions and communities.
Previously, Eva belonged to the Buildings team leading RMI’s Massachusetts building retrofit work, including efforts to accelerate the market for deep energy retrofits in multifamily housing. Working with state and local agencies, building owners, designers, manufacturers, contractors, and other market actors, she helped identify barriers to retrofit adoption, support emerging delivery models, and advance the market infrastructure needed to make high-performance retrofits more scalable, affordable, and accessible.

Background

Eva has more than 20 years of experience spanning sustainable design, construction, project management, policy, and market transformation. Throughout her career, she has focused on the environmental, economic, and human impacts of the built environment and on developing practical pathways from analysis to implementation. She brings expertise in systems thinking, building performance, construction methodologies, building mechanical systems, renewable energy, lifecycle cost and benefit analysis, GHG accounting, and stakeholder-driven strategy development.

Eva currently serves as an appointed member of her local energy committee and is a licensed architect (PA).
