Suzanne Hopkins manages RMI’s Program Services team, which includes project management, process improvement, knowledge management, and Salesforce administration, and offers additional operational services to RMI’s scaling organization.

Background

Prior to joining RMI, Suzanne’s experience ranged from managing transformational projects to building out and implementing strategic plans for organizations. Her broad range of experience includes operations, IT, organizational design, strategy, and procurement. Her passion lives in continuous improvement, change management, and understanding how decisions impact teams across the organization.
