Rachel leads RMI’s monitoring, evaluation, and learning practices in order to demonstrate impact and support the integration of evaluation into ongoing learning and strategy development.

Background

Rachel has more than a decade of experience designing and implementing monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems with nonprofits, philanthropic organizations, and government agencies. She previously was a director with Learning for Action, a consulting firm that partners with social sector organizations on evaluation, strategic planning, and capacity building. She has experience working with organizations on a wide range of issues, including public health, energy, environment, media, and human rights.
