
Oliver is a manager on RMI’s Carbon-Free Electricity team, where he works as a regulatory reform expert. He focuses on regulatory policy reforms to help accelerate affordable and equitable utility decarbonization.
Background
Oliver previously worked as director of the utility innovation program at Acadia Center, where he oversaw regulatory and legislative advocacy efforts on issues related to utility business model reform and grid modernization throughout the US Northeast.
Prior to Acadia Center, Oliver worked as a senior program associate at the Energy Foundation, where he focused on advancing policies in support of energy efficiency and utility regulatory reform. He was a 2018 fellow with the Clean Energy Leadership Institute and worked as a graduate student intern at RMI.
Oliver lives in Brooklyn, NY with his wife and son.
