Nicole joined RMI in 2020 and helped launch its Audience Insights practice. As Audience Insights manager, Nicole’s work combines marketing science, behavioral research, and advanced analytics to provide evidence-based support for RMI’s stakeholder engagement, tool development, and communications strategies. Nicole also supports RMI’s external collaboration efforts with other climate NGOs.

Background

Nicole began her career in New York City, working in marketing science in the technology sector before pursuing a masters degree at University of Pennsylvania. Her graduate studies focused on sustainable urban design, merging community engagement with real estate finance and environmental planning. During this time, Nicole worked at the Philadelphia Energy Authority, where she helped develop new municipal legislation to finance residential solar for low- and middle-income Philadelphia households.
