Nicole Leonard works across all of RMI’s Global Programs to develop and execute the organization’s lifecycle marketing strategy across email, in-product, direct mail, and other direct marketing channels. Her work drives stakeholder awareness of RMI’s technical research and global project portfolio, and supports the organization’s funding pipeline through targeted donor outreach.
Nicole began her marketing career in New York City’s tech scene before deciding to pursue a graduate degree in environmental planning and policy. Prior to joining RMI, Nicole worked on the City of Philadelphia’s Solarize Philly campaign and published a research article examining the capacity of emerging water technologies to address cities’ climate resilience goals while supporting utilities’ bottom lines.
