Nicholas is a senior associate with RMI’s Center for Climate-Aligned Finance, where he focuses on partner engagement with the Center’s financial institutions and foundation partners. He looks forward to supporting the financial sector in transitioning the global economy toward a net-zero carbon future.
Background
Prior to joining RMI, Nicholas worked in commercial development, negotiating and executing development deals ranging from entertainment to multifamily complexes throughout the United States. Collaborating with key stakeholders, Nicholas gained experience managing development budgets, evaluating proformas to negotiate and execute deals, and contracting and overseeing design, engineering, and construction. Most notably, he was able to utilize creative thought leadership to implement new systems and processes to improve the built environment, progressing the adaptability of the industry.
