Nathan works to enact state policies to reduce methane pollution.
Background
Prior to joining RMI, Nathan worked for Climate Nexus, where, among other things, he compiled and authored the Hot News morning newsletter, once described as “The best morning news clips email, sent by a nonprofit climate change comms shop, in the English language, in the Western Hemisphere.” He was also a researcher at the DNC.
Prior to attending law school, Nathan did everything from lobbying and volunteer recruitment for the Chesapeake Climate Action Network. He also sold the best tomatoes and sweet corn in the state of Indiana, as well as mini donuts at Elkhart County 4-H Fair.
Education
Nathan holds a bachelors in History and Social Science from Eastern Mennonite University and a JD from the George Washington University Law School.
