Mads works as a senior associate in the shipping decarbonization team within the Climate-Aligned Industries Program. He is 100% seconded to the Zero Carbon Shipping Center, working on the Maritime Book & Claim (Katalist) project.

Background

Mads has a master’s degree within corporate finance and strategic management from Copenhagen Business School. He previously worked as a finance business partner at MAN Energy. Then, he went to Svitzer to work on M&A profiling in the strategy team before transitioning into the decarbonization team at Svitzer. Mads has been responsible for driving SBTi targets and implementing CSRD, as well as setting up ESG reporting within Svitzer.
