Kelsa has joined Program Services as the process and project manager. She will be devoted to streamlining processes, documenting procedures, and ensuring everyone has the tools and trainings needed to set them up for success.

Background

Kelsa started her career as a project engineer in the commercial construction industry. In an effort to devote her career to a more climate centric goal she decided to pursue her passion and worked as a project manager for a company that provided environmental and sustainable consulting services to utility companies. Along with supporting consulting projects she has also stood up several operations processes in an effort to streamline procedures and create efficiencies.
