Background

Before joining Third Derivative/RMI, Juan worked with Prosegur’s Corporate Venture and Open Innovation teams, where he helped identify and engage with emerging technologies shaping the future of security, cybersecurity, and cash management solutions. Prior to that, he supported early-stage startups at Go Beyond Investing, working closely with angel investors to assess opportunities, conduct due diligence, and develop investment strategies. His experience spans venture scouting, partnership development, and ecosystem building, bridging the gap between startups and industry leaders.
