Background
Before joining RMI, Emily was the senior manager of operations & special projects at Arizona State University’s Center for Whole-Child Education, where she led the contract transfer process, established budget management tools, and created infrastructure to support a remote team of 13. Previously, at Turnaround for Children, she coordinated executive support and led cross-functional HR and DEI initiatives, enhancing team transparency and engagement. Emily’s career began in hospitality management with Aramark, where she managed large teams, streamlined operations, and drove efficiency improvements in high-volume settings.
