Courtney serves as the Grants lead on the Org Finance team, playing a vital role in managing the financials of philanthropic restricted grants. She currently manages the financial portfolios of five of RMI’s global programs, ensuring smooth processing and compliance.

Background

With over six years of experience in nonprofit programs, operations, and grants, Courtney has managed multi-sector projects, improved operations, and built efficient grant management systems while supporting causes such as human rights, girls’ education, refugees, and climate solutions. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, traveling, training her dog, hosting board game nights, and practicing yoga.
