Claude leads strategic operations at Third Derivative, RMI’s startup accelerator program for climate technology companies. In his role, he oversees strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation, continuous improvement, data and technology products, investment fund operations, and all administrative functions.

Background

Claude brings over a decade of experience as an operations and finance leader to the RMI team. He is passionate about bringing business and analytical rigor to mission-driven organizations — supporting them to enhance their impact and realize their full potential through process improvement, data-driven decision-making, and more. Prior to joining RMI, he worked as the director of operations at Homeless Garden Project and The Future Project. Additionally, Claude had the opportunity to work directly with 50+ organizations — ranging in size, sector, and geography — during his time at Nonprofit Finance Fund, an organization that pairs financing and consulting to support nonprofits through times of growth and change.
