Allisandra works at the crossroads of energy transition strategy and climate storytelling. She joined RMI under its Chief Strategy Officer, supporting senior leaders with research to align portfolio priorities and advance energy equity initiatives. She now works in a role created to support the CEO, where she leads cross-institute projects, drives strategic research, and shapes high-impact messaging for global stages from COP to Climate Week NYC.
