RMI returns to Greenbiz, the annual gathering of sustainability professionals in Phoenix, Arizona, with a session on transition finance for corporate climate action and more opportunities to engage throughout the two-day conference.
In the session titled Transition Finance: Capital for Corporate Climate Action on Monday, February 10, at 9:00 a.m., RMIers Lizzy Harnett and Victoria Helms facilitate the panel that includes corporate sustainability leaders from UPS, Wells Fargo, Prologis, and others. The session addresses the following: “How can organizations secure the capital needed to fund decarbonization efforts in line with climate goals and ambitions? What factors are investors and lenders looking at when evaluating the climate-related opportunities, and how are things like climate transition risk considered?”
Harnett will also be speaking in a breakout session Transition Finance in Action on Wednesday, February 12, at 9:00 a.m.
