Nag is a serial entrepreneur with a successful track record. Nag’s first product Kawa, a popular integrated development environment (IDE) for Java programmers in the 90s was acquired by Allaire/Macromedia in 2001, and still survives today with some Java programmers.

Nag’s second product EZLynx, started in 2003 as an extremely popular comparative shopping software as a service for independent insurance agents in United States, was acquired by Applied Systems in 2021. EZLynx was/is actively used by more than half of all independent agents in the United States and has resulted in millions of dollars in premium savings to policy holders due to increased competition.

Presently, Nag is the founder and sole investor in OSO Electric Equipment now renamed OSO Robotics with the acquisition of Electric Sheep Robotics. OSO Robotics is a manufacturer of 21″ smart and autonomous electric mowers for commercial landscapers. OSO mowers are considered the best electric mower in the market with an extensive footprint in the California market. OSO Robotics continues to make headlines with its new AI and vision-based fully autonomous mower that can revolutionize the landscape industry.

Nag is also actively engaged in the philanthropic world with many impactful environmental projects sponsored through The Rao Foundation. The Rao Foundation is also passionate about children’s health and education with active involvement in many local and national nonprofits.
