Melissa Crogle

Enterprise Knowledge and Systems Administration

At RMI, Melissa serves as enterprise knowledge and systems administrator, overseeing the organization’s generative AI tools, knowledge management platforms, and some SaaS system administration. She manages licensing, vendor contracts, and budgets across 67+ data and news subscriptions while ensuring staff have reliable access to core collaboration platforms including SharePoint, Monday.com, and Mural. As product owner of RMI’s GenAI Resource Hub, she leads AI adoption change management, staff training, and usage governance across the organization. Her work sits at the intersection of technology, knowledge, and people — keeping RMI’s information systems reliable, navigable, and ready for the future. It’s a role that draws on everything she’s built over a career dedicated to connecting people with the right information at the right time.
