She manages licensing, vendor contracts, and budgets across 67+ data and news subscriptions while ensuring staff have reliable access to core collaboration platforms including SharePoint, Monday.com, and Mural. As product owner of RMI’s GenAI Resource Hub, she leads AI adoption change management, staff training, and usage governance across the organization.
