Jordan Parsons

Jordan serves as a program assistant at RMI supporting the Climate-Aligned Industries program through nonprofit executive support, process development, and administrative operations. He supports the Carbon Dioxide Removal and Aviation initiatives with executive coordination, operations, and team culture. Jordan brings a people-centered approach to operations, with a focus on strengthening collaboration, improving workflows, and helping colleagues navigate tools and systems. As an early adopter of emerging tools and systems, Jordan identifies and helps colleagues apply new approaches to improve workflows.

Background

Before joining RMI, Jordan built a diverse career across nonprofit operations, executive support, education, marketing, and IT. At the One Earth Future Foundation, he supported the founder and CEO as special assistant, managing stakeholder engagement, executive support, and project development for both the foundation and related philanthropic initiatives. Jordan’s background also includes company-wide systems implementation, process development, training, and nonprofit management.
