
Investing in Zero-Carbon China
China’s carbon-neutrality target establishes a direction for realizing a zero-carbon China.
Yanjun Wu is an associate at RMI, working on industry energy transition, innovation and market insights of technology, and circular business models in the energy transition. She participated as a core member in RMI’s project of China’s zero-carbon energy transition acceleration and co-authored the report Zero-Carbon Investing: Opportunities from China’s Carbon Neutrality Goal. She is also a key contributor to projects in innovation and business opportunities related with multiple industries to achieve China’s zero-carbon acceleration. Yanjun joined RMI in 2020.
Prior to RMI, Yanjun worked as a manager of analytics & insights in Procter & Gamble (P&G), Greater China. Her work experience covered brand strategic transformation, new product design, media and channel analytics, and ecommerce. She was a key member to develop the strategy of P&G hair care Responsible Beauty, a commercial program in brand social responsibility and sustainability, and provided insights for action plans across functions (branding, R&D, packaging, supply chain, and communication).
