Weiting is an associate in the Climate-Aligned Finance Program, where she primarily focuses on mobilizing private investments to emerging markets and developing countries and modernizing multilateral systems for an accelerated energy transition.

Background

Prior to joining RMI, Weiting worked at the World Bank and Climate Investment Funds, where she provided operational and analytical support for renewable energy programs, including the Accelerating Coal Transition Investment Program. Her work also supported World Bank’s efforts to maximize climate investments in South Asia. Before the World Bank, Weiting was a consultant with the Climate Policy Initiative, where she coauthored a report on scaling climate finance in China.
