Tricia Keller is the Director of Partnerships and Strategic Initiatives for Virgin Unite, the entrepreneurial foundation of Richard Branson and the Virgin Group. As part of the leadership team, Tricia oversees Unite’s work to explore new strategic areas and incubate global leadership initiatives including The B Team, Branson Centres of Entrepreneurship, and Ocean Unite. She also supports the Virgin businesses in reaching their ‘Net Zero’ goals.
Throughout her career, Tricia has worked across the business, government and nonprofit sectors, bringing them together to develop lasting solutions to global challenges. Prior to joining Unite, she served as a Senior Advisor at both the White House and the State Department creating policies, partnerships and initiatives to strengthen economic growth through entrepreneurship, women’s economic participation, and impact Investing.
Previously, Tricia spent six years in the Middle East and Africa with the National Democratic Institute, where she developed and directed its first revenue-generating social enterprise. She was an economic development consultant to the President’s office in the Maldives and has spent significant time consulting to companies and startups on how to integrate traditional “CSR” into their core business operations. She holds a master in international business from the IUP de Commerce International and a master in public policy from the Harvard Kennedy School.
