Before RMI, Shenshen was a consultant at Energy and Environmental Economics, Inc. He primarily specialized in electricity resource planning, performing rigorous analysis and modeling for the utility providers. His expertise included IRP (Integrated Resource Planning), power system reliability, and asset valuation.
