Nicole Tilley is a former Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at RMI. Nicole partners with hiring managers and teams across the Institute to strategize and plan for hiring/staffing needs. She leads the internship program, works with teams on best hiring practices, and leads all recruitment and sourcing efforts.

Background

Prior to joining RMI, Nicole spent five years working in Talent Acquisition at Vail Resorts supporting various departments across the organization. In her most recent role, she supported the accounting, finance, and hospitality business units with staffing needs and strategies for the rapidly growing company.
