Nicole Snider

Nicole lead the strategy, design, programming, and execution of RMI’s Early Career Program, directing the internship and rotational associate cohort programs. Her work placed emphasis on employee experience with a lens for diversity, equity, and inclusion by supporting the Employee Resource Groups and other internal DEI programs. She collaborated across programs to shape and coordinate other People Experience efforts aligned with RMI’s goal of equipping change leaders, building a culture of engagement and inclusion, and achieving a lasting impact.

Background

Nicole joined as RMI’s office coordinator for the Boulder headquarters in 2018 and managed the office of 100-plus people, including its administration, visitors, tours, activities, facilities, construction coordination, and energy management program. She partnered with executive assistants and the CEO in event planning, management, and ad hoc coordination. As the representative of the office, she also co-organized and led the summer intern trips. She joined the People Team in 2019 to support recruiting efforts and the internship program.

Prior to RMI, Nicole coordinated solar projects and supported the customer experience, sales, and development of software-as-a-service companies.

During her university studies, she specialized in stem cell biology, interned in athletic training, and was awarded a certificate in personal training. She also volunteered at therapeutic equestrian centers to empower individuals with special needs.
