Nancy McKinney is RMI’s Talent Acquisition Director. She leads the talent acquisition function that places the right people in the right jobs at the right time to deliver against RMI’s goals. Her recruiting focus include strategy, processes, operations, marketing, employer brand, analytics and the internship and employee referral programs—all with an emphasis on attracting, hiring and retaining diverse talent.

Background

Over her 11-plus years in recruiting, she helped numerous companies with their recruitment marketing initiatives, led a global diversity recruitment program and owned a healthcare staffing agency. Her varied background also includes leading the small business development office for Aurora, Colorado, and managing a team to ensure underrepresented communities were counted in Census 2010.
