Matt Jordan

Matt is a former principal with RMI’s Energy Transition Academy. Matt’s expertise related to program design and development, fundraising, strategic communications, and stakeholder engagement. Matt joined RMI in 2022 with the Institute’s acquisition of Clean Power Hub, a first-of-its-kind capacity development and technical assistance platform that Matt codeveloped at Propel Clean Energy Partners.

Background

Prior to RMI, Matt cofounded Propel Clean Energy Partners, a boutique advisory services firm dedicated to helping global public, private, and civil society organizations make an impact against climate change and energy poverty. Before that, Matt conceived, built, and directed CLASP’s Clean Energy Access portfolio, an integrated suite of programs using energy efficiency to accelerate solutions for global energy poverty.

Matt has more than 15 years of experience in clean energy program design and leadership in the context of climate action and sustainable development.
