Lin is a manager in RMI’s China Program, working on the Heavy Industry Decarbonization Initiative. Her work focuses on regional decarbonization for the new generation of net-zero industrial hubs and clusters in China.

Background

Prior to joining RMI, Lin was a senior analyst with IHS Markit (now a part of S&P Global), where she conducted long- and short-term crude oil market research and refined-product market research, tracked Asia’s refining sector’s ongoing transition toward carbon neutrality, and focused on China’s refining reform. She has nine years of experience working with Sinopec, where she researched refinery optimization and the transition from fuels to chemicals.
