Kelly O’Toole joined RMI in August 2022 as the program operations lead for the US Program. She provides operational support in project management, budget and financial management, people processes, stakeholder relations, and more throughout the program.

Background

Prior to joining RMI, Kelly worked in the Support Services and Resources divisions of the Department of the Interior Bureau of Land Management at the Colorado State Office for over three years. She also facilitated multiple national governance groups during her time with the federal government. Kelly has previous experience working for environmental nonprofits as well as the private sector in the education space.
