As the former marketing manager for RMI’s Global South program, Katie amplified the program’s milestones, priorities and regional partnerships through targeted strategic communications tactics.
Prior to RMI, Katie spent seven years with Phillips 66 and ConocoPhillips where she held roles in corporate planning and strategy, knowledge management, corporate communications and brand marketing.
On the knowledge management team, Katie built 70 business-focused communities of practice that saved ConocoPhillips millions of dollars and improved employee safety standards.
During her time in brand marketing, she managed the digital presence for three business-to-consumer gas brands (76, Conoco, Phillips 66) and the creation of three web applications, the consumer websites, and email marketing presence.
Katie received a bachelor of arts in public relations and a minor in marketing from Oklahoma State University.
She’s received certifications in Six Sigma, Project Management, Google Analytics, and Knowledge Management.
