Kaily joined RMI in December 2019, filling multiple roles over the years. Currently, as program operations lead for the Carbon-Free Buildings team, she provides operational support in project management, financial management, and people processes for the team’s market transformation and integrated design & analysis work.

Background

Prior to RMI, Kaily worked with NGOs in Northern California on community resiliency, wildfire mitigation, and watershed management. She also worked with the US Geological Survey in South Louisiana to map and monitor the state’s disappearing coastline.
