Joel was a people operations coordinator on the People Team. His work revolved around data, onboarding, reports, admin requests, and benefits invoicing.

Background

Joel’s previous role was in HR Operations as an HR support specialist at a large nonprofit healthcare organization for four years. He began in special pay and bonuses and then moved to non-employee management. Previously he served four years in the United States Air Force and worked in military HR with a rank of senior airman. He also had the opportunity to see the other side of the world during a six-month deployment in Kuwait. He enjoys music production, spending time with his wife and cocker spaniel, weight lifting, and taking walks.
