Jessamine Fitzpatrick

Jessamine is a former manager with the Climate-Aligned Industries team and RMI’s Center for Climate-Aligned Finance. Her work focused on enabling financial institutions to make climate alignment commitments and ensuring that those commitments can be implemented effectively. Jessamine joined RMI in 2021.

Background

Jessamine’s background is in sustainable finance, where she worked for social enterprises, asset managers, and impact investors focused on environmental solutions that generate compelling financial returns. Previously, Jessamine served as the CFO for Electric Vine Industries, an energy company that deploys solar microgrids in remote communities in Southeast Asia. Prior to joining Electric Vine, Jessamine spent more than six years at New Island Capital Management, a leading impact investment firm. While at New Island, Jessamine sourced, structured, and managed equity and debt investments in real estate, timberland, farmland, and environmental markets. Jessamine began her career with The Nature Conservancy, where she spent five years securing public and private funding for conservation projects.
