Jared works to equip and support RMI stakeholders to connect with the right information, people, and resources. As the director of Knowledge Management, Jared seeks to optimize the quality and efficiency of RMI’s work by improving knowledge discovery, capture, and transfer. He also oversees the analysis of internal knowledge flow and external news/data subscriptions.
Jared firmly believes that improving knowledge management is critical to expediting due diligence, enabling innovation, and accelerating adoption of solutions in the climate space.
Background
Prior to joining RMI, Jared spent seven years with the C40 Cities Climate Leadership group, a global network of mayors taking urgent action to confront the climate crisis. At C40, Jared launched and led internal and external knowledge efforts, including its Knowledge Hub, which curated insights and practical resources for leading climate cities and received more than 100,000 visitors annually. Previously, Jared held roles at the Clinton Climate Initiative, Harvard University, Lazard Alternative Investments, and Seavest Collection of Art.
