Jane is an associate with the Analysis team within RMI’s US Program. Jane currently focuses on developing technical and policy resources for the Hydrogen Hubs Initiative.

Background

Jane came to RMI after completing her Master of Public Policy from UC Berkeley. While in graduate school, she consulted to meta platforms on avoided emissions accounting, to Levi Strauss & Co. on reducing single-use plastics throughout the global supply chain, and to the City of Alameda on decarbonizing and electrifying the city’s existing housing stock. She also worked at the Center for Law, Energy and the Environment at Berkeley Law and at the California China Climate Institute.

Prior to graduate school, she served in the administration of California Governor Gavin Newsom in the office of First Partner Jennifer Siebel Newsom and as a campaign consultant in Northern California before that.
