Francis Theuri Ndonga is an Associate in RMI’s Global South Program, where he works on supporting development of the minigrid sector in Ethiopia, focusing on solving access to the foreign exchange market for developers in the country. Francis also supports work establishing the market foundation for utility-enabled distributed energy resources in Sierra Leone.
