Demand flexibility provides significant potential in NYC to reduce carbon emissions, provide improved health and environmental benefits, and support cost-effective electrification and compliance with LL97.
Using my background in building design, construction, and operation I am evaluating policies and technologies that will make the buildings of the future and lead us to our net zero carbon goals.
Previously, I worked in sustainable design firm, doing energy analysis and sustainability consulting on high performance buildings. Prior to that I worked in energy conservation programs in existing buildings, providing audits and recommendations for buildings to minimize their energy consumption.
