Dave oversees NEEP’s Technology & Market Solutions team, which is currently leading regional market transformation initiatives for residential lighting, home energy management systems (HEMS), air-source heat pumps (ASHP), strategic energy management for the industrial sector, and appliance standards. In this capacity, Dave provides strategic direction for the teams’ development, management, and integration with other NEEP teams. Dave also serves as a member of NEEP’s senior management team. Dave began his professional career as a high school math teacher in Boston. His undergraduate degree is in physics from Middlebury College.
