Bryan is former CEO of The Third Derivative, an RMI venture that is transforming the way that innovative startups, investment funds, and large corporations accelerate the energy transition.
Background
Prior to RMI, Bryan was a global tech entrepreneur building a smart energy future. As a startup founder and CEO, he led his teams to multiple successful exits and as a mentor / director / advisor, he continues to help startups achieve massive scale and impact. Bryan spent much of his career in the private sector raising venture capital, building and leading startup teams, scaling operations, and negotiating partnerships and acquisitions.
One of Bryan’s most rewarding adventures was on sabbatical as a university Entrepreneur In Residence, helping a new generation of entrepreneurs be successful and building one of the top-ranked university entrepreneurship programs in the world.
