Brad leads the marketing and communications team—a team responsible for developing and executing marketing and communications plans that accelerate our programs’ progress toward a clean energy future. He leads brand strategy and ensures RMI’s messaging is effectively delivered to its target audiences, which include industry decision makers as well as donor supporters.
Brad’s marketing leadership experience spans both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Prior to RMI, he served as vice president of marketing, sales, and customer service at Outward Bound USA, a role he held for five years. He has worked in leadership positions in marketing and product management at First Advantage SafeRent, a national leader in credit and risk management services. Brad’s other marketing and brand management experiences include Qwest Communications and Procter & Gamble, where he began his career working as a process engineer and operations manager.
