Billy is a Helpdesk Lead for RMI’s IT department.


Billy is originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo where he was working in the IT field. He came to the US 12 years ago and has continued in this same field while he worked at IBM, Dot Hill/Seagate, and Bross Group. He speaks English, French, Lingala, Kikongo, and Kiyombe. He likes traveling, listening to music, watching movies, and doing many great outdoor activities like hiking, cycling, surfing, and more.
